We are currently seeking self-motivated, energetic and confident individuals to join our Capezio Flagship (51st Street) team. We are in need of full time management team members (key holders) who can develop strong relationships with our customers in the New York, NY (Midtown West) area.
Key Holder Requirements:
General Requirements:
· Dance, Theatre and Arts experience not mandatory but helpful
· Strong communication skills; leadership qualities
· Available Monday – Saturday 10:45am -7:15pm and Sundays 11:45am-6:15pm
· Strong OPERATIONS background including but not limited to inventory, email, supplies ordering etc.
· Strong computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Strong selling strategies when it comes to fashion and dance apparel
· Ability to manage/train staff members
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and certain holidays
· Must have knowledge of basic math functions (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and calculating percentages).
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws. Including but not limited to:
· Planning, assigning and directing work
· Appraising performance

We are in need of part time management team members (key holders) and part time sales associates who can develop strong relationships with our customers in the Smithfield, RI area.
Part Time Key Holder Requirements:
General Requirements:

· Available to start immediately
· Available: Monday - Thursday 11am-6pm Friday 11am-7pm Saturday 10am-5pm
· Strong computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Ability to work a minimum of two weekend shifts per fiscal month.
